Please be assured that we do not charge any fee for discontinuation from our store.*If you drive to Ginowan Port Marina, a separate parking fee (300 yen/day) will be charged.
*There is a fee (300 yen per use) for showers & changing rooms at Ginowan Port Marina.
*Tours may be cancelled due to weather or other reasons on the day of the tour. We will not be able to compensate for travel expenses even if the tour is canceled after you arrive at the site. Please understand this in advance.

Ｑ．パラセーリングで一緒にフライトできるのは何名ですか？
Depending on conditions, up to 3 people are possible.
Q. Are there times when I can't fly?In the event of high waves or strong winds, the captain may cancel the tour even during the tour if he deems it unsafe to continue the tour. In addition, the tour may be cancelled for small children and passengers over 50 years old when sea conditions deteriorate. Please understand this in advance.
If the tour is cancelled at the discretion of the guide, no fee will be charged.
Q. Can I leave my luggage and valuables with you?You may leave your belongings on board, but we ask for your cooperation in keeping your belongings as small as possible. We are not responsible for any lost items. Please take care of your belongings by yourself.
Q. Do you have insurance?Please be assured that insurance is purchased and included in the tour fee.
Q. Where do I go parasailing?Flights will be conducted around Ginowan Port Marina and around the Chebyski Islands, depending on weather and sea conditions.
Q. Can I stop the program if I get scared?In case of emergency or if you get scared during the flight, you can go back on board immediately. In the case of a shared ride, return to the marina is at the end of the flight for all passengers.
Q. Is parasailing available on rainy days?Tours will be held even if it rains, as long as it does not interfere with the safe operation of the tour.
Q. What type of swimsuit is best?Any type of swimsuit is acceptable. However, since you will be wearing a wetsuit over your swimsuit, a swimsuit for competitive swimmers without much decoration may be easier to wear since it will not be so stiff.
