沖縄島北部に位置し、国内最大級の亜熱帯照葉樹林が広がり、
ヤンバルクイナなど多種多様な固有動植物及び希少動植物が生息・生育し、
石灰岩の海食崖やカルスト地形、マングローブ林など多様な自然環境を有している公園です。
やんばる国立公園での遊び方
眺望が良く、山頂は木々に覆われていますが、登山道はゆるやかで森の美しさや固有の動植物が魅力のフィールドです。
