Cancellation Policy

*If a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows

6 days to 1 day before the event: 50%
On the day: 100%
Canceled without notice: 100%

If we decide to cancel the tour due to inclement weather (strong winds, high waves, lightning, etc.), no cancellation fee will be charged. Weather conditions will be determined on the day of the tour or the day before, and we will contact you.

Special note 》

*For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed to participate.

*The water sports car is a ride-on experience only. You cannot drive the water sports car by yourself.

*Please wear your swimsuit when you come to the meeting. Wearing a T-shirt and a cloak over the top is not a problem.

*A coin-operated shower is available nearby after the tour.
Please note that amenities (shampoo, towels, etc.) are not provided.

*Children under 3 years old are free of tour fee. Life jackets and floats for children are also available for free. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

*Photography by our staff is included free of charge. We will give you the photos and video footage we take at the end of the tour. Camera rentals are also free.
