Cancellations made after 6:00 PM the day before or no-shows: 100%

*We do not charge a cancellation fee if you contact us by 6:00 p.m. the day before, if we cancel the event at our discretion due to a typhoon or high waves, or in cases of force majeure such as flight cancellations.

*Unless the entire group cancels, we do not charge a cancellation fee for situations such as the cancellation of a single person on the day of the event.
