The following cancellation fees will apply in the event of a cancellation for the customer's own reason.

Same-day cancellation: 100%.
If the event is canceled due to inclement weather or other reasons: No cancellation fee
*Please note that depending on sea conditions, weather, and other factors, the event may be canceled or modified to prioritize safety.

*For your safety, please be sure to wear a life jacket while snorkeling.

*Before participating, you must complete a medical history questionnaire and sign a liability waiver.

*Participants aged 50 or older may have their blood pressure measured to assess their health. Additionally, depending on your health status or how you are feeling on the day of the event, we may decline your participation for safety reasons.

*For safety reasons, you may not participate in the marine activities after drinking alcohol.

*If the event is canceled due to inclement weather, no cancellation fee will be charged.

*The event may be canceled depending on the weather and ocean conditions on the day of the event. Even if the event is canceled after you arrive at the venue, we cannot compensate you for travel expenses or other costs.

*We do not rent out jet skis; during the experience, an instructor will be at the helm.
