This facility is located in Ocean Expo Park, where the Churaumi Aquarium in northern Okinawa is located, and where you can see manatees, which are said to be models for mermaids.
From the observation room on the basement level, visitors can observe manatees in the water, and a video of the birth of a baby manatee born in 2001 is also shown.
