About Umi no Eki Ayahashikan
Sea Station Ayahashikan" is located in the center of the underwater road connecting the Yosachi Peninsula and Heianza Island, a remote island in central Okinawa Prefecture. It sells local products from Uruma City, has a buffet restaurant, a fresh fish corner and ice cream, and on the second floor is the "Sea Culture Museum" with historical and folklore materials of the Yosachi Peninsula.
How to play at Umi no Eki Ayahashikan
Enjoying Okinawan seafood is one thing, but I recommend taking out food and drink and eating outside because the ocean in front of you is so beautiful.
The museum inside the facility displays materials related to the nature, culture, and maritime transport of Okinawa's oceans, including maritime vessels, as well as explanations about the construction of the underwater road, allowing visitors to get a feel for Okinawa's history.
Early reservations are recommended as they fill up quickly.
