Humpback whales spent the summer in the northern seas around the Aleutian Islands, feeding on an abundance of food.

In winter, they return to the waters around Zamami Island, surrounded by beautiful coral reefs about 40 km west of Naha City in Okinawa, a warm and quiet place with quiet waves, to breed.

If a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged. Please note that bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

10 to 8 days prior to the date of use: 20%.
7 days to 2 days prior to the date of use: 30%.
Day before the date of use: 50%.
On the day of use: 100%.

*Due to business hours, if you contact Tours after 6:00 p.m., it will be handled the following day. Please contact the guide in charge directly, or please note that the calculation will be made on or after the next day.

*Times may vary depending on whale observation conditions.

*If whales are spotted, whale observation is scheduled to last approximately one hour.However, we may return to port earlier depending on the sea conditions, the appearance of whales, and the situation of our guests.

*Unlike the summer season, the ocean in Okinawa in winter, when the whales arrive, has higher waves throughout the year.Infants and the elderly may not be allowed on board due to sea conditions.

*Pregnant customersare not allowed to participate for safety reasons due to the adverse effects of vibrations from the ship's engines.

*Tour may be cancelled due to sea and weather conditions.

*Customers are requested to make their own preparations for warmth and waterproofing.

*Those who are prone to seasickness are advised to take anti-sickness medication.

*For your safety, please note that you will be required to wear a life jacket.

If you didn't see the whales...

Whales are wild animals and may not be seen. In the unlikely event that whales are not spotted, we will do one of the following

(1) Full refund
Refundable from 2/1/2025 to 3/15/2025
Refunds are not available from 12/21/2024 to 1/31/2025 and 3/16 to 4/6.

(2) Whale watching again (until 4/6/2025)
However, if any of the following applies, we will not be able to respond. Please understand this beforehand.

Several of our clients were able to identify the whales.
Also, please understand that if you are unable to use both (1) and (2) due to your schedule, we regret to inform you that they will be waived.
