If you are late for your appointment
*If you are late for an appointment due to traffic conditions or sudden problems, please be sure to notify us as soon as you know.
*If you do not contact us and do not show up 15 minutes after your appointment time, we will consider you as an unauthorized cancellation and charge you 1001 TP3T of the reservation amount.

Notes on participation in the course
Minors must have a parent or guardian's written consent to participate.
(Please have the registration form signed by a parent or guardian available in advance.)
Children (junior high school students and younger) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Pregnant women, epileptics, and those who have been drinking or have a hangover on the day of the event are not permitted to attend.
Patients with a history of cerebrovascular disease (cerebral infarction, subarachnoid hemorrhage, intracerebral hemorrhage, etc.), cardiac disease (myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, etc.), or mental illness will require a medical certificate in advance.

The kayak is a 2.5-seater. Two adults and one small child can ride together.

In case of odd numbers, the guide may ride with you or with other participants with odd numbers. The guide will make the decision according to the situation.

Basically, the tour will be held even if it rains, but it may be cancelled in case of heavy rain or thunder.

Of course! The kayak is a calm water surface that feels like a walk on the water, making it safe for families with young children, older people who are not confident in their physical strength, and those who have never been on a kayak before.

Yes, we do! We have free parking for about 15 cars in front of and behind the store. Please don't worry.
