In the event that a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows

Q. Can I participate for the first time?
Yes, this is the first time for most of the participants. Each class starts with a lecture, and participants practice floating until they become accustomed to the sea and breathing. Please rest assured that you will not dive out of the water.
Q. What happens on rainy days?Even if it rains, snorkeling will be available as long as sea conditions are good. The Blue Cave can be seen regardless of the weather. However, even if the weather is clear, there may be times when the waves are too high to go to the Blue Cave. In that case, we will go to another point in the vicinity.
Q. How do I receive photos and videos?Data will be sent via email or LINE, etc. iPhone users can also transfer data directly via AirDrop (this may not be possible depending on the reservation status).
Q. Are wetsuits and marine shoes included?Yes, of course it is included. We use wetsuits for summer and winter, so you can enjoy snorkeling comfortably all year round.
Q. Can I snorkel even if I can't swim?Snorkeling can be enjoyed by those who are not good swimmers. Wetsuits and life jackets are required, so you will not sink.
The instructor will also lead the way with a large beat. If you hold on to it, we will pull you along, so don't worry if you don't swim or are not physically strong enough.
Q. Can I rent power glasses?Free of charge. You can choose from three types of power from 0.5 to 0.01 of visual acuity by trying on.Q. Can I dive with contacts?Wearing contact lenses is fine; 1-day soft contacts are recommended. If you are unsure, please use the free rental of prescription underwater glasses.Q. Can I do it during my period?It is okay if you are on your period. Please take a look at your physical condition and participate to the extent that you feel comfortable. It was my first time to snorkel, but the staff guided me smoothly. In the ocean, we were suddenly hit with a splash! I was a little surprised and scared at first, but it was more fun than I thought it would be! My elementary school child had so much fun that he asked for another reservation for tomorrow. The finished photos and video are really beautiful and we have looked back at them many times. It was a great memory, thank you very much.

I was informed that the marine activity I had booked elsewhere was cancelled after I arrived in Okinawa, so I hurriedly searched and booked the day before. I was worried about whether there would be fish because of the waves, but there were many fish in the sea! We couldn't go to the blue cave due to bad weather, but my elementary school children were still satisfied with it and it was a great memory. The instructor was very kind and made us feel at ease. It was a great memory of our summer vacation. Thank you very much.

When you enter the cave and look back, you will see a very blue world. There were many fish, and they were so used to humans that they came very close to us, so we could enjoy them up close. The guide was a funny guy from Kansai, and he made the whole group happy. I appreciated the fact that I could get a picture on line at the end of the tour so I didn't have to take it myself! I highly recommend this tour to anyone coming to Okinawa!
