Cancellation Policy
In the event that a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows
From 3 days (6 days for more than 6 persons) before the participation date: 100% of the participation fee
*Date, time and plan changes are also covered. No charge for outbound flight or vessel cancellations.
*If you are unable to join the tour due to force majeure, such as cancellation of the tour due to inclement weather, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Q. Can I participate for the first time?
Yes, most of the participants are first-timers. Each class starts with a lecture on diving and practice while floating to get accustomed to the sea and breathing. Please rest assured that you will not dive out of the water.
Q. What happens on rainy days?Even if it rains, we will dive as long as the sea conditions are good. The Blue Cave can be seen regardless of the weather. However, even if the weather is clear, there are times when the waves are too high to go to the Blue Cave. In that case, we will dive at another point in the vicinity.

Q. How do I receive photos and videos?Data will be sent via email or LINE, etc. iPhone users can also transfer data directly via AirDrop (this may not be possible depending on the reservation status).
Q. Are wetsuits and marine shoes included?Yes, both are included. Wetsuits are available for summer and winter, so you can enjoy diving comfortably all year round.
Q. When is the Blue Cave diving season?Blue cave tours and diving are available all year round.
Q. Can I dive even if I can't swim?Yes, diving can be enjoyed even by those who are not good swimmers. The instructor will support and pull you from the front and back, so you can just breathe without swimming.
Q. Can I rent power glasses?Free of charge. You can choose from three types of power from 0.5 to 0.01 of visual acuity by trying on.Q. Can I dive with contacts?Wearing contact lenses is fine; 1-day soft contacts are recommended. If you are unsure, please use the free rental of prescription underwater glasses.Q. Can I do it during my period?It is okay if you are on your period. Please take a look at your physical condition and participate to the extent that you feel comfortable.
