(i)	Meeting & Reception ➡︎ Please park your car in the private parking lot in front of the store and go to the reception desk. After fitting for equipment, you will change in a private changing room. Valuables will be kept in a locker in the store (free of charge). Your companion can also wait for you in the store.
two (used in legal documents)	Move to the port & lecture Conveniently located just a minute's walk from ➡︎ port. Our dedicated guides will explain the equipment used slowly and carefully at your pace.
(iii)	Transfer by boat to the point (about 5 minutes each way) ➡︎Board a private marine boat and cruise comfortably on the crystal clear waters. Once you arrive at the point, start snorkeling!
4)	Snorkeling (about 40-50 minutes) ➡︎ Enjoy the mystical view of the cave and time with many tropical fish. Life jacket + guide will tow you with a floatation device, so even if you can't swim, you can join this tour without worries.
5)	Return to the port & move to the store Please use the facilities in the ➡︎ store.
6)	Handover of photos during the tour & dismissal We will transfer all photos to ➡︎CD-R (free of charge) or to your smartphone for data transfer.

Minors must have a parent or guardian's written consent to participate.

Children can participate in snorkeling without any problems. Snorkeling is available for children as young as 4 years old. In addition to children's size equipment, we have a variety of equipment and methods for children, such as floats for children, full face masks for children who are not comfortable adding a snorkel, and box glasses for underwater observation over the floats if they cannot wear a face mask.

Q. I have poor eyesight.

You can wear contact lenses while participating in the tour. If you would like to wear a mask with prescription, you can choose one for your eyesight at the store on the day of the tour.

Q. What size wetsuit do you have?

Wetsuit sizes are based on height and weight, ranging from a minimum of 110 cm/15 kg to a maximum of about 185 cm/120 kg.

Q. Can I see sea turtles?

Depending on the time of year, you may see them every day during the tour at a high rate, or you may not see them for a while.

Please understand that this is about wildlife living in the natural world. The best part of playing in the ocean is that you never know what you will encounter each time!

Q. Do you have a parking lot?

Yes, we do. There is free parking for about 15 cars in front of and behind the store. Please do not worry.

Q. Can I leave valuables with you?

Free lockers are available in the store.

Q. I am on my period.

If you don't have menstrual pain, you can enjoy it. However, since the physical condition during menstruation varies from person to person, it is best to enjoy it to the extent that you do not overdo it!

Q. I am pregnant.

We are sorry, but you are not allowed to participate. We regret to inform you that you will not be allowed to participate in this event due to the effects on the fetus, etc.

Q. Is it safe in winter?

Yes, we do! The water temperature will be lower in the menus where you enter the ocean, etc. We take measures against cold by using suits with high heat insulation, warm clothes, warm water, etc.

Q. Can my non-participating companion wait at the restaurant?

Accompanying persons who do not wish to join the tour for any reason may wait in the store.

There are also many souvenir shops nearby, so you will not be bored waiting.

Q. Can I board the ship without going on a tour?

Yes, you may accompany us for embarkation only. It is possible to accompany the passenger on the boat only. The cost is 1,500 yen per person (to be paid locally).

I am very satisfied. The facility is clean and the staff is very courteous and explains things clearly. Both women and men. We took the boat to our destination.
