Cancellation fee for this plan 》

If a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged. Please note that bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

10 to 8 days prior to the day before the date of use: 20% of the total amount
7 days to 2 days prior to the date of use: 30% of the total amount
The day before the date of use: 50% of the price
On the day of use: 100% of the price

*Due to business hours, if you contact Tours after 6:00 p.m., it will be handled the following day. Please contact the guide in charge directly, or please note that the calculation will be made on or after the next day.

*Minimum number of participants is 2 people. If the number of participants is not reached, the tour may be cancelled 10 days prior to the tour or the day before the tour.

*Tours may be cancelled due to lack of drivers.

*Tours may be cancelled due to bus maintenance.

*Even after reservations have been made, buses may be used for events. In such cases, the tour may be cancelled.

*Automated voice guidance is available on board the bus.

*Automatic voice guidance is a system that provides guidance for each location only when the bus passes a point designated by GPS. This system is only available on buses.

*Smartphones (iOS and Android compatible) and earphones are required, so please bring your own if you wish to use them.

*Voice guidance is played back using location information; please turn on the GPS setting.

*Guidance is a service and no refunds will be given if you are unable to listen to it due to a malfunction or other reason.

*Seats on the bus may be assigned in the order of reservation or may be free seats. Please note that you may be assigned a seat with a roof in the rear.

*Buses may share seats.

*First floor seats are not available; only second floor seats are available.

*We reserve the right to cancel the tour in the event of inclement weather or strong winds for safety reasons. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made by bank transfer. Please note that bank transfer charges will be borne by the customer.

*The roof on the second floor may be closed due to weather or other reasons. Basically, the roof will be open even if it rains.

*In case of rain, we will distribute kappas free of charge.

*We recommend that you bring a towel in case of rain.

*Weather, sap, bird droppings, and other factors may cause wetting or soiling of clothing.

*Please be careful not to have your baggage blown away.

*Please be careful going up and down the stairs when getting on and off the bus. The stairs are very slippery when it rains.

*Do not touch tree branches or leaves through the bus roof opening.

*Seats cannot be moved while the train is in motion.

*Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed in the car. Beverages with lids are permitted.
