*We ask that the following individuals refrain from participating: those who are feeling unwell; those who have difficulty walking on mild mountain trails; those who have been drinking alcohol; those whose purpose is to collect specimens rather than observe wildlife; and those who do not follow the guide’s safety instructions.

*There are no vending machines at the meeting place. Please purchase drinks in advance. *The nearest convenience store is about a 15-minute drive away.

*After the tour ends, we will guide those who need it on their way back to the Lawson Ogimi Shioya Store or the Ogimi Roadside Station.

*The event will take place even in light rain; it will be canceled in case of severe weather. We will make a decision based on the weather forecast at 5:00 p.m. on the day of the event and notify you accordingly. No cancellation fee will be charged in the event of cancellation.

*If moderately heavy rain (10 mm/h or more) is expected to continue throughout the tour

*When a typhoon is making a direct hit (within the gale-force wind zone) or approaching (within the strong-wind zone), or even after it has passed, until the route has been confirmed and safety has been verified

*Even if it is not raining on the day of the tour, if there has been prolonged rainfall—such as during the rainy season—and there is even the slightest risk of a landslide (when a landslide watch is in effect),

*In addition, if the guide determines that it is difficult to conduct the tour safely

*Cancellations made for personal reasons will incur a cancellation fee in accordance with our cancellation policy.
