If a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged. Please note that bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

10 to 8 days prior to the date of use: 20%.
7 days to 2 days prior to the date of use: 30%.
Day before the date of use: 50%.
On the day of use: 100%.
