Precautions for participation in the course

*For safety reasons, people weighing 85 kg or more are not allowed to zip-slide over the falls. (You may participate in the tour).

*Fresh water (hot water on cold days) is provided to flush your body when changing.

*We always check weather maps, rain cloud radar, and site conditions while conducting tours, with safety as our top priority.
*No cancellation fee will be charged in the event of cancellation due to natural disasters such as typhoons or worsening sea conditions, or in the event of flight or vessel cancellations.

If you are late for your appointment
*If you are late for an appointment due to traffic conditions or sudden problems, please be sure to notify us as soon as you know.
*If you do not contact us and do not show up 15 minutes after your appointment time, we will consider you as an unauthorized cancellation and charge you 1001 TP3T of the reservation amount.

Notes on participation in the course
Minors must have a parent or guardian's written consent to participate.
(Please have the registration form signed by a parent or guardian available in advance.)
Children (junior high school students and younger) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Pregnant women, epileptics, and those who have been drinking or have a hangover on the day of the event are not permitted to attend.
Patients with a history of cerebrovascular disease (cerebral infarction, subarachnoid hemorrhage, intracerebral hemorrhage, etc.), cardiac disease (myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, etc.), or mental illness will require a medical certificate in advance.
