4)	End of Tour & Dismissal ➡︎ツアー終了後は水（冬はお湯）着替え用のテントを用意しております。撮影したお写真はガイドがお店に戻り次第、メールやLINEにて当日中にお届け。CD-R郵送もご選択頂けます。

Precautions for participation in the course

*体重85kg以上の方は安全上、滝の上からのジップスライドをお断りしています。（ツアーへはご参加頂けます）
*貴重品は車内保管となる為、必要最低限の物をお持ち下さい。
*ツアー終了後は着替え用のテントを用意しております。
*綺麗な川の水ですが、開催地の特性上、ツアー後のシャワーは浴びれない状況となります。
*着替えの際には体を流す為の真水（寒い日はお湯）をご用意しております。

Cancellation due to weather, etc.

*雨天開催ですが大雨の際には川の増水により、安全上中止となる事が御座います。
*常時、天気図、雨雲レーダー、現場コンディションを確認しながら安全を最優先にツアーを実施いたします。
*No cancellation fee will be charged in the event of cancellation due to natural disasters such as typhoons or worsening sea conditions, or in the event of flight or vessel cancellations.

In case of cancellation by the customer, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged from the day before.
Canceled the day before: 100%
Same-day cancellation: 100%
Cancellation without notice: 100% + No further reservations will be accepted.
*No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances, such as cancellations due to weather or sea conditions, typhoons or other natural disasters, or flight or vessel cancellations.
*If we are unable to accommodate you on the day of the tour due to your medical history, the tour will be cancelled on the day of the tour for your convenience. Please be sure to confirm your medical history and that of your companions in advance.

*If you are late for an appointment due to traffic conditions or sudden problems, please be sure to notify us as soon as you know.
*If you do not contact us and do not show up 15 minutes after your appointment time, we will consider you as an unauthorized cancellation and charge you 1001 TP3T of the reservation amount.

Notes on participation in the course
Minors must have a parent or guardian's written consent to participate.
(Please have the registration form signed by a parent or guardian available in advance.)
Children (junior high school students and younger) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Pregnant women, epileptics, and those who have been drinking or have a hangover on the day of the event are not permitted to attend.
Patients with a history of cerebrovascular disease (cerebral infarction, subarachnoid hemorrhage, intracerebral hemorrhage, etc.), cardiac disease (myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, etc.), or mental illness will require a medical certificate in advance.

アクティブなツアーですので普段運動不足な方などは、疲れますが大丈夫なようにツアー開催いたします。ご安心下さい。小さなお子様やご年配の方には向きません。皆様で手軽に参加できるコースは「やんばる清流リバートレッキング」となります。

Q. What is the difference between the two?どんな服装で参加すればいいですか？

暖かい時期は水着にラッシュガード、または濡れても良いTシャツに短パンなど。気温、水温の冷たくなる時期にはウェットスーツのレンタル（無料）を行っております。

Q. What is the difference between the two?駐車場所はどうするの？

ファミリーマートで集合し、レンタカーで開催地まで追尾して来て頂く。または無料の駐車場へご案内するので、そこからショップの車で一緒に移動となります。参加人数や時期によって異なりますので、当日のガイドよりご案内させて頂きます。

I joined the tour with my family and both adults and children had a blast! The feeling of flying on the zip slide was just like being a bird. The natural waterslide and diving are also very thrilling, and it is a great experience to feel the great nature of Yanbaru with all five senses. The photos and videos taken by the guide will be sent to you immediately, so you can look back on your memories as many times as you like. If you go to Okinawa, this is definitely a recommended activity!

It was truly an exhilarating tour to the max! The tour was packed with activities that allowed us to use our bodies to the fullest, such as shower climbing up a waterfall and sliding down a natural waterslide. The climax of the tour was the zip-slide, where we were thrilled by the thrill of gliding through the air while looking down on the waterfall! The guides lead the way while taking care of safety, so even beginners could have fun without worries. I was impressed by the charm of nature, which is different from that of the ocean in Okinawa!

This was the first time for my family to participate in a canyoning tour. The junior high and high school kids in particular seemed to have a lot of fun, and the parents couldn't keep up with the kids' stamina and got exhausted (laugh), but that is also a good memory. The guide was very supportive and made us feel safe and comfortable.

I joined this tour as a family with my children. The tour guide was very safe and made us feel at ease. We enjoyed the natural water slides and diving points along the way, and enjoyed the great outdoors while getting soaked all over. We also received free photos and videos, so we have many wonderful memories. I would like to participate again with my family.

I have only been to the ocean in Okinawa so far, but I was surprised to see how much fun I could have even in the jungle! Especially the zip-slide was so fast and furious that I felt like I was flying through the air. It was a great memory with my friends!
