*If you cancel for any reason, the following cancellation fees will apply.

Same-day cancellation: 100%.

*The tour may be canceled due to weather or equipment failure. In the event of cancellation, we will not be able to compensate for expenses such as transportation to the site.
*If the event is deemed to be cancelled due to conditions, the organizer will notify you by the day of the event.
