Cancellation due to inclement weather, etc.

*The event will be held as usual in case of rain.If there is a tour that cannot be held due to weather conditions, it will be held as an alternative tour.

*Warnings (heavy rain, storm, and wave warnings) issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency or similar weather conditions that may affect the tour may cause it to be canceled if it is deemed dangerous.

*No cancellation fee will be charged in the event of cancellation due to natural disasters such as typhoons or worsening sea conditions, or in the event of flight or vessel cancellations.

*If we are unable to accommodate you on the day of the tour due to your medical history, the tour will be cancelled on the day of the tour for your convenience. Please be sure to confirm your medical history and that of your companions in advance.

If you are late for your appointment
*If you are late for an appointment due to traffic conditions or sudden problems, please be sure to notify us as soon as you know.
*If you do not contact us and do not show up 15 minutes after your appointment time, we will consider you as an unauthorized cancellation and charge you 1001 TP3T of the reservation amount.

Notes on participation in the course
Minors must have a parent or guardian's written consent to participate.
(Please have the registration form signed by a parent or guardian available in advance.)
Children (junior high school students and younger) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Pregnant women, epileptics, and those who have been drinking or have a hangover on the day of the event are not permitted to attend.
Patients with a history of cerebrovascular disease (cerebral infarction, subarachnoid hemorrhage, intracerebral hemorrhage, etc.), cardiac disease (myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, etc.), or mental illness will require a medical certificate in advance.
