Ｑ．当日に免許証を忘れた場合、車を借りることはできますか？
We cannot rent to those who do not present their driver's license at the time of departure.
Please do not forget to carry your driver's license, as failure to do so is a violation of the Road Traffic Law.
In addition, the driver's licenses of all drivers are required.
Ｑ．ベビーカーや車椅子はレンタル出来ますか？はい、チャイルドシート・ジュニアシートは無料でお貸ししております。
備考欄で必要数とお子様のご年齢をお知らせ下さい。
Ｑ．予約はいつ頃した方が良いですか？昨今、『レンタカー不足』が続いております。旅行が決まり次第、レンタカーはすぐに確保しておくことをオススメします。Q. Do you provide airport pick-up service?送迎については、恐れ入りますが到着時は空港から営業所までタクシーでお越しください。
交通状況にもよりますが那覇空港からタクシーで12分程度 (約1,600)円の場所にあります。
お帰りの際には、スタッフが対応可能な場合には、お客様からご返却頂いた車でそのまま空港までお送りさせていただきます。
スタッフが対応可能でない場合は、タクシーの手配をさせていただきます。
