What is Ikea Beach?
Ike Island, where Ike Beach is located at the far end of the island through Heianza Island and Miyagi Island via the underwater road on the east side of the Okinawa main island, is a remote island accessible by car.
Tourists enjoy swimming at Ikea Beach, and on holidays, locals enjoy beach parties. The clarity of the water is high, the beach is clean and well maintained, and it is well monitored, so you can swim with peace of mind.
How to play at Ikea Beach
Ikea Beach offers a wide variety of marine activities for you to enjoy. Floats, underwater glasses, parasols, and other rental equipment are available.
You can also have a light meal inside Ikea Beach, but barbecuing is also recommended. All equipment and ingredients are prepared on the beach, so you can do it empty-handed, which is another reason for its popularity!
This Shisa is located at the entrance of the bridge that you pass through to get to Ike Island. Please keep in mind that you can enter Ike Island by passing through this point!
Early reservations are recommended as they fill up quickly.
