Cancellation Policy

*In the event that a reservation is changed or cancelled for the customer's convenience, the following cancellation or change fee will be charged
Please note that bank transfer fees for refunds are the responsibility of the customer.

10 to 8 days prior: 20%.
7 to 2 days prior: 30%.
The day before: 50%.
On the day: 100%.

*We may have no choice but to cancel the tour if we deem it unsafe to do so due to ocean conditions (strong winds, high waves, etc.).
In this case, the cancellation is for our convenience and no cancellation fee will be charged.
However, please note that the cost of meals ordered (BBQ, etc.) will not be refunded.

*In the event of rain, the tour will be held as long as the sea conditions are safe and the tour is safe.
In this case, if you wish to cancel the tour at your own discretion, you will be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with our regular cancellation policy.

About the meal.
