Cancellation Policy

*In the event that a reservation is changed or cancelled for the customer's convenience, the following cancellation or change fee will be charged

Clothing and personal belongings

*On the day of the tour, please wear your swimsuit under your clothes and bring a change of clothes, bath towel, etc.

*Wearing a life jacket is mandatory during the tour.

Conditions of participation

*Persons weighing 120 kg or more are not allowed to participate due to the size of the life jackets.

*For safety reasons, persons under 5 years old and persons over 60 years old are not allowed to participate. Please understand.

*Drinking alcohol on board is prohibited, and please refrain from bringing alcohol or other beverages on board.
