Cancellation Policy

*In the event that a reservation is changed or cancelled for the customer's convenience, the following cancellation or change fee will be charged
Please note that bank transfer fees for refunds are the responsibility of the customer.

The day before: 50%.

Clothing and personal belongings

*Wetsuits are required for diving experiences.

*On the day of the tour, please wear your swimsuit under your clothes and bring a change of clothes, bath towel, etc.

*Wearing a life jacket is mandatory during the tour.

*Please note that due to the size of the equipment, participants weighing more than 100 kg will not be allowed to participate.

Equipment and eyesight.

*Because the power may not match, we recommend the use of disposable contacts that will not cause problems in the event of a spill.

Requests on board

*Drinking alcohol on board is prohibited, and please refrain from bringing alcohol or other beverages on board.
