In case of cancellation by the customer, the following cancellation fee will be charged.

Up to 2 days before the date of participation: free of charge
Day before participation date: 50%
On the day of participation: 100%

Please note that the following cases will also be treated as cancellations

If a diver medical condition is found on the day of the event and a doctor's certificate cannot be prepared
● In the event that the minor is unable to provide the necessary documents for a parental signature
