Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation by the customer, the following cancellation fee will be charged.

Up to 2 days before the date of participation: free of charge
Day before participation date: 50%
On the day of participation: 100%

If a diver medical condition is found on the day of the event and a doctor's certificate cannot be prepared
● In the event that the minor is unable to provide the necessary documents for a parental signature

*Tours may be cancelled due to inclement weather.

*No refunds or discounts will be given even if you finish the tour in the middle of the tour. Please understand this in advance.

*We reserve the right to refuse participation in the tour if you are late, if we deem you to be in poor health, or if we discover that you have a medical history or are taking drugs that were not declared at the time of reservation. Please note that no refunds or discounts will be given in such cases.
