(If you set your car navigation system at "Mie Castle Port", it may lead you to another location, so please set it at "Naha Beachside Hotel".)

If you are coming from outside of Naha City, please allow a considerable amount of time for your visit.Cancellation due to customer's reason such as not being able to depart on time will incur a cancellation fee of 100%.Please note that the following is not included in the price. All tours are available in Japanese.
We regret that we are unable to accept participants who do not have a Japanese interpreter available, as this will make it difficult to ensure the safety of the participants.

If you do not speak Japanese on the day of the tour, we may decline the tour at our local discretion. Please understand.

Cancellation fee for this plan

In the event of cancellation for the customer's convenience, the following cancellation fees will apply.

3日前：30％
2日前：50％
前日・当日：100％

*営業時間外（19：00）でのキャンセルは翌営業日扱いとなります。
*No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is cancelled due to deteriorating ocean conditions.
(This will be treated as a "tour cancellation" rather than a "cancellation". No cancellation fee will be charged in case of cancellation due to typhoons, strong winds, etc. or flight cancellations.)

*Play in the ocean requires that you are in good health.

*People with circulatory or respiratory disease, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnant women, epilepsy, diabetes, liver problems, hangovers, or alcohol consumption on the day of the event are not allowed to participate.
