About the child seat

The Road Traffic Law requires the use of child safety seats for infants under 6 years of age.

If you have a child under 6 years old, please be sure to use a child seat.

Please note that if you do not use the vehicle, we will not be able to rent it to you.

《 About pick-up and drop-off

We provide free transportation to and from Naha Airport or hotels in Naha City.

*Free transportation is available only for guests staying at least 2 days and 1 night.Please understand this in advance.

◆For Naha Airport pick-up and drop-off

After exiting the Arrival Lobby on the 1st floor of the Domestic Terminal, please cross one pedestrian crossing to Nakajima and go to the rental car shuttle bus stop⑭.

Please contact our sales office after arriving at the pick-up bus stop⑭ so that a waiting pick-up vehicle can be dispatched.

If you will be boarding an airplane after returning the car, please return it 2 hours before the departure time.

◆For hotels in Naha City

We will contact you around the evening of the previous day to arrange a pick-up time according to your requested rental time.

Car Rental Departure Procedures 》

A rental agreement will be signed. Please present the driver's license of all drivers.

We would like to inform you of some "precautions" when using a rental car.

You will check the condition and flaws of the rental car together. (Full tank of gas is available for rent.)

Returned car pick up and drop off

Please fill up the tank at our nearest gas station and return the gasoline.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please call us when you arrive at the sales office.

The final return time is 18:00 for those using pick-up and drop-off, and 19:00 for those without pick-up and drop-off.

For returns over this amount, a one-day extension fee will be charged, and the return will be made the next day in the morning.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that this is different from the cancellation policy described in the notes above.

10 to 8 days prior to the date of use: 20% of the total price
7 days to 2 days prior to the date of use: 30% of the total price
Day before the date of use: 50% of the total price
On the day of use: 100% of the price

*Due to business hours, if you contact Tours after 6:00 p.m., it will be handled the following day. Please contact the guide in charge directly, or please note that the calculation will be made on or after the next day.

万一事故が発生した場合、上記保険内容にある免責額①（各上限5～10万円）をご負担いただきます。（免責額を免除する補償制度）

下記免責補償料をお支払いいただき、免責補償制度に加入いただくと、万一事故等が起きた場合の免責額は免除となります。

《 安心補償制度 》

【ノンオペレーションチャージ（NOC）】
車両のご利用中に事故を起こし、車両に損傷を与えた場合には、車両の修理期間中の休業補償の一部として修理所要期間、 損傷の程度にかかわりなく「ノンオペレーションチャージ」をご負担頂きます。

・自走不可能・・・・50,000円
(NOCは免責補償制度に加入されてもご負担頂きます)

免責補償制度に加入いただいた場合、安心補償制度に加入いただくとNOCも免除することができます。（NOCを免除する補償制度）

Cases in which insurance does not apply

下記のケースでは、補償制度に加入しただいていても全額お客様のご負担となります。
*飲酒運転・無免許運転・スピードオーバー・無謀運転等、道路交通法に違反した場合に起きた事故
（損害額全額お客様負担）
*タイヤの傷・パンク・バースト・ライトの消し忘れや半ドアなどによるバッテリートラブル（時価）
*油種の入れ間違い
*カギの紛失や破損（時価）
*ホイルキャップの紛失・破損（時価）
*タバコ等によるシートの焦げ（時価）・その他車内の汚れや異臭（時価）
*無断でレンタル時間を延長して事故を起こした場合
*運転者登録していないドライバーにより事故・他人への又貸し時に起きた事故
*携帯電話使用中・ナビゲーション注視が原因による事故
*盗難車上荒らし（鍵の付け放し等がなくお客様に一切の過失がない状況で警察に届けがある場合は車両の受けた損害は当社にて補償いたします。お荷物の盗難・紛失に関しては、補償の対象外となります。）
*道路、駐車場以外での事故。
沖縄本島以外でのご利用時（橋で結ばれている場合は除く）のトラブルには当社は対応いたしません。（渡航利用禁止）
上記は一部例として記載しています。上記以外にも保険適用外となる場合がありますので、その際は別途費用を申し受ける場合があります。予めご了承ください。
