We will call you the day before to confirm the details of your reservation.

On the day of the tour, pick-up service is available between the sales office and Akamine Station (north exit on the right side after exiting the ticket gate).

*Please call us just before boarding the monorail if you are traveling from Naha Airport to Akamine Station.
We will inform you of the meeting place at that time.

*We do not provide pick-up service at Naha Airport.
We will only accept the return of the item after it has been sent back to us.

After returning the car, we can take you to Naha Airport.

If you wish to be picked up at Naha Airport or Akamine Station, please return the car by 19:00.

Cancellation without notice: [100%].
*If we do not hear from you more than one hour after the scheduled delivery time, we will treat it as an unapproved cancellation.
