Access to the site
Mie Castle Port is not shown on the map, so please set your car navigation system to "Naha Beachside Hotel" near the port.
After passing through the toll gate at the harbor entrance, enter the harbor, turn right, and walk about 200 meters to the waiting area (easily recognizable by the triangular roof).
The parking fee in the harbor is ￥500/day. Please park in the parking lots with white lines, as the yellow lines are contracted parking lots.
Cancellation fee for this plan
In the event that a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows
After 6:00 p.m. 3 days prior to the event (will be treated as 2 days prior to the event) 30% cancellation fee
After 6:00 p.m. 2 days prior to the event (will be treated as the day before) 50% cancellation fee
After 6:00 p.m. one day prior (to be treated as the same day) Cancellation on the day: 100%.
Reservation date change can be made from the day before (after 6:00 p.m. two days prior) with a change fee of ￥2,000 per person.*If you are unable to join the tour due to force majeure, such as cancellation of the tour due to bad weather or flight cancellation, no cancellation fee will be charged.
*Cancellations made outside of business hours (after 6:00 p.m.) will be deemed to be cancellations made the following day.
