*Due to sudden changes in weather or sea conditions, we may have to change the location or cancel the tour at short notice.

*We will notify you immediately in the event of a cancellation; however, due to past instances of no-shows regarding point changes, we generally do not provide advance notice.

*A cancellation fee will apply even if you cancel due to personal reasons (such as being late or feeling unwell) or to change your appointment time.

*A cancellation fee will apply even if you decide not to participate on your own initiative, even if we have not notified you of a cancellation.

*We do not charge cancellation fees for cancellations due to flight cancellations caused by natural disasters such as typhoons or due to significantly deteriorating sea conditions. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you by 8:00 a.m. on the day of the trip.

《 Eligibility Requirements 》

*Parasailing is for ages 6 and up (minimum height 120 cm), Flyboard is for ages 12 and up, and the Marine Pack is for ages 6 and up.You can participate until you turn 60.

*For safety reasons, the following individuals are not permitted to participate.
・Individuals with a history of or currently suffering from cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, pregnancy, ear or nose conditions, epilepsy, etc.
・Individuals with pre-existing conditions other than those listed above or who are taking regular medication
・Those who have been drinking on the day of the event or are suffering from a hangover
・Since the risks associated with entering the water are higher for individuals aged 60 and older, please indicate whether you have any pre-existing medical conditions or are currently taking any medication when making your reservation.

*For safety reasons, we do not allow pregnant women to participate. Women who are menstruating are generally welcome to participate, but we recommend that you consider your physical condition before doing so.
