その一つがこの「勝連城跡」2000年にユネスコ世界遺産に登録された勝連城跡。そびえ立つ勇敢な城壁の下、海からの風を感じながらヨガを体験してみませんか？
城があったとされる城跡は、どこから敵が迫ってくるのかわかるように小高い丘の上にあり、心地よい風が通る素晴らしい景色が広がっています。
世界遺産『勝連城跡』
沖縄最古のお城と言われており、沖縄でも数少ない東シナ海と太平洋が眺められる歴史ある場所です。
太陽の暖かさや海からの風を肌で感じ、青空を見上げるとずっしりと城跡が佇んでいます。
初めての方も安心して参加可能！
ベテラン講師が丁寧にご案内講師は全員「日本サップヨガ協会」の公認インストラクターになります。
初めての方もリピーターの方も大歓迎です。家族・親子・カップルでぜひご参加ください。

※マットは現地にて当日レンタル可能（¥200）です。
