その一つがこの「勝連城跡」2000年にユネスコ世界遺産に登録された勝連城跡。Experience yoga under the towering walls of the brave fortress and feel the breeze from the sea.
The ruins of the castle, where the castle is believed to have been located, are on a small hill so that one can see where the enemy is approaching from, and there is a wonderful view with a pleasant breeze passing through.

沖縄最古のお城と言われており、沖縄でも数少ない東シナ海と太平洋が眺められる歴史ある場所です。
太陽の暖かさや海からの風を肌で感じ、青空を見上げるとずっしりと城跡が佇んでいます。

ベテラン講師が丁寧にご案内講師は全員「日本サップヨガ協会」の公認インストラクターになります。
