There are nine World Heritage sites in Okinawa!
One of them is this "Katsuren Castle Ruins.The ruins of Katsuren Castle were registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2000.Experience yoga under the towering walls of the brave fortress and feel the breeze from the sea.
The ruins of the castle, where the castle is believed to have been located, are on a small hill so that one can see where the enemy is approaching from, and there is a wonderful view with a pleasant breeze passing through.

It is said to be the oldest castle in Okinawa, and is one of the few places in Okinawa with a historical view of the East China Sea and the Pacific Ocean.
Feel the warmth of the sun and the breeze from the sea on your skin, and look up at the blue sky and see the castle ruins standing stoutly in the distance.
First-time participants are welcome!
Experienced instructors guide you carefullyAll instructors will be certified instructors of the "Japan Sap Yoga Association.
First-timers and repeaters are welcome. Families, parents and children, and couples are welcome to join us.
