浅い水深で水になれたら深度５m程度　水中滞在時間約３０分の水中ツアーに出かけます。

Precautions 》

日本ではBMI指数が25以上を肥満と判定し、生活習慣病（糖尿病、高血圧、脂質異常など）にかかるリスクが高くなると言われています。
また肥満に起因・関連して減量が必要な健康障害を有するもの、健康障害を伴いやすいハイリスク肥満と判定された場合、肥満症と診断されます。
本ツアーでは、BMI指数が33以上の方は所定の書式【病歴診断書】にお医者様のご署名をいただくようお願いWe will do so.
BMI指数が35以上の方は参加不可とさせていただきます。
