Please be sure to inform us of your bus visit when you make a reservation.Kuraha bus stop (Kuraha) → Maeda Kyodo Kiosk (approx. 2 min. by cab)
Please arrive at Maeda Kyodo Kiosk at the meeting time and call the store.Transportation to the parasailing site will also be by cab. (about 4,500 yen per vehicle)

Cancellation of the event
*Please note that the course may be changed or cancelled due to inclement weather on the day of the event. Please understand this in advance. In the event of cancellation or change, we will call you the day before or on the day of the tour.
*In the event that the event is cancelled due to the organizer's reasons, a full refund will be provided.
*We do not charge a cancellation fee if the tour is cancelled due to a typhoon (flight to Okinawa cancelled) or deteriorating ocean conditions.
Precautions for participation in the course
medical history check・Have experience with heart or brain disease, epilepsy, etc. (symptoms of sudden loss of consciousness)
Those who have a history of lung or respiratory disease such as asthma or pneumothorax and are still taking medication or using an inhaler.
Those who are currently under treatment or taking medication for hypertension, diabetes, or arrhythmia.
Those who have experienced or are currently recuperating from major illnesses in the nose, ears, or other parts of the body.
Those who are currently pregnant or may be so.
Those who are undergoing treatment for diseases or taking medication other than those mentioned above.If any of the above applies to you, we may refuse your participation in the course for your safety.
*Drinking alcohol on the day of the event is strictly prohibited. Please understand that we may refuse your participation if you have a hangover from drinking the day before.
*You can participate in diving on the day you arrive in Okinawa.It is not possible to board a return flight after diving.
*After the Blue Cave and Water Toy, we will take you by car to the parasailing site (Ginowan Marina) where you can see the beautiful ocean for about 30 to 40 minutes. You can get snacks such as onigiri (rice balls) at a convenience store on the way to the parasailing site, but please eat after the tour as you may get seasick.
*Parasailing venue parking fee: 300 yen per car
Shower facilities at parasailing venue: 300 yen per person
(Shower facilities are available on request, as parasailing does not involve getting soaking wet.)
Cancellation Policy
Boat seats are reserved from the date of reservation, and a cancellation fee will be charged if the customer cancels the reservation for any reason.
The day before: 50% of course fee
On the day: 100% of the course feeThe number of guests may vary depending on the number of people who have made reservations.
No cancellation fee will be charged when course points are changed due to inclement weather or when flights are cancelled due to typhoons.
In case of no-show on the day of the course due to alcohol intoxication, failure to confirm medical history or precautions, it will be treated as a cancellation on the day of the course in accordance with the reserved seat,Payment of 100% of course feewill be.
If you cancel for any reason, we will charge you a cancellation fee due to boat capacity, instructor assignments, etc. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.
