Cancellation Policy

In the event that a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows

From 3 days (6 days for 10 or more people) before the participation date: 100% of the participation fee

*Date, time and plan changes are also covered. No charge for outbound flight or vessel cancellations.

*If you are unable to join the tour due to force majeure, such as cancellation of the tour due to inclement weather, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Q. Is it okay if my parents can't swim?

Yes, not only children but also adults who are not comfortable swimming are welcome to participate. Wetsuits and life jackets are required so you will not sink.

The instructor will also pull you along with a large beat plate, so you don't have to be a good swimmer at all. Of course, children are also pulled by the instructor, so don't worry.

Q. What happens on rainy days?

Snorkeling will be conducted even if it rains as long as sea conditions are good.

The Blue Cave can be seen regardless of the weather. However, even if the weather is clear, there are times when the waves are too high to go to the Blue Cave. In that case, we will dive at another point in the vicinity.

*Snorkeling tours may be cancelled completely due to typhoons, etc. We will contact you in advance.

Q. How can I get a photo?

We will send you the data by e-mail or on line.

iPhone users can also transfer directly via AirDrop (may not be possible depending on availability).

Q. Are wetsuits and marine shoes included?

Yes, of course it is included. We have custom-made wetsuits to fit every child, starting at size one year old.

We have suits that fit not only babies, but also younger, middle, older, and elementary school students.

We also use suits for summer and winter, so you can enjoy snorkeling comfortably all year round.

Q. Do you have life jackets?

Yes, free rental equipment is included. In addition, underwater glasses, snorkel, foot fins, wetsuits, and marine boots are available.

Children also receive a hat to protect them from the sun and rain, a sit-on Ukiwa (~14 kg) for ages 1 and 2, a Big Float for ages 3, 4, and 5, and an Aquascope (box glasses).

Children over 6 years old who are not comfortable with underwater glasses can also use the Bic Float and Aquascope (for an infant fee); please inquire at the time of reservation if you wish to use them.

I was worried because my child could not swim yet, but we had a private party and the support was excellent. Floats and life preservers were provided, so we were able to have fun without worries. Photos and videos were free of charge, and it was a great memory.

I was anxious because my child was still small, but I felt secure in the fact that we were able to charter the boat. Even the children who cannot swim were able to enjoy themselves and were very satisfied. It was another great family memory.

Our family, including a 9 year old and 4 year old, joined the tour. The kids were nervous about their first time snorkeling, but the 9 year old was overjoyed the moment he got off the boat and looked into the ocean! He kept asking to do it again. The younger one, 4 years old, was crying when we got off the boat with the floats on, but as the staff talked to him and let him look into the ocean, he started to smile. The weather was beautiful and the blue cave was beautiful. The store is very clean, everyone is young and kind, and although there are many stores where you can do marine sports, I would like to use this store again next time.

最初は貸切のボートで洞窟へ向かい、次は孫と一緒に海へ入りました。エサやりでは魚が寄ってきて孫も大喜びで、最後は笑顔で写真を撮ってもらえました。孫のペースに合わせていただき、とても感謝しております。

We snorkeled with a preschooler, but the friendly staff made the experience pleasant from start to finish. The guidance and explanations were quick, smooth, and easy to understand. They took care of not only my child but also me during the experience, as I tend to get motion sick easily. The instructor who snorkeled with us was very good, not only guiding us but also trying to make us enjoy the experience. The blue cave was really beautiful and there were a lot of fish in the sea, so my family was very satisfied! This time we made a reservation for 3pm, but next time we would like to try early morning!

This was our family's first family vacation and we chose this tour because it was fun for children as young as one year old. My son is used to swimming in the water, but this was his first time in the ocean and he was very nervous and everything was a new experience for him. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I especially liked that they had a full line of water toys for the kids. Aside from the beauty of the ocean, the best gift was being able to preserve the memories in the form of photos and videos.

I joined the tour with my 3 year old daughter, and we had a very safe and enjoyable time with the children's ukiwas and life jackets well prepared for them. We were looking for a tour to take with our children and decided on this plan. It was so funny to watch my kids feed the fish in the water and we enjoyed snorkeling for the first time in a long time. The guides were extremely helpful and we appreciated their concern for our safety.

I attended with my 5 year old son and the staff was really friendly and child-friendly. We were able to try feeding the fish, and my son enjoyed seeing the fish come to him. There are showers and hair dryers available, so you don't have to worry even with small children.
