*You cannot participate on the day you fly home (you can participate on the day you fly in).
*Customers with any of the following illnesses, both current and past, are not allowed to participate.
(epilepsy, high blood pressure, pneumothorax, hyperventilation, heart disease, diabetes, asthma, or other pre-existing medical conditions such as taking tranquilizers or medications for treatment)*We do not charge cancellation fees due to natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes, etc.).
*Because of the limited size of wetsuits, men weighing over 100 kg and women weighing over 75 kg are not allowed to participate.
