In case of cancellation by the customer, the following cancellation fee will be charged.

2 days before the tour from 17:00 to 16:55 the day before the tour: 50% of the tour fee
From 5:00 p.m. on the day before the tour to the day of the tour: 1001 TP3T of the tour fee

* If you are participating alone, the tour will be arranged as a private tour, and an additional fee of 2,000 yen will apply. Please pay this fee at check-in on the day of the tour.

*For introductory dives, one instructor is assigned for every two guests.
