Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation by the customer, the following cancellation fee will be charged.

2 days before the tour from 17:00 to 16:55 the day before the tour: 50% of the tour fee
From 5:00 p.m. on the day before the tour to the day of the tour: 1001 TP3T of the tour fee

*体験ダイビングはお客様2名につき1人のインストラクターが付きます。
（例）3名でご参加のグループには2人のインストラクター、5名のグループには3人のインストラクターが付きます。

*心臓疾患がある方、てんかん、または発作のある方、妊娠中の方、ご高齢の方、血圧をコントロールする薬を服薬している方などは事前にお断りさせていただいております。
また、現在何らかの病気がある、治療をしている、服薬している方は、医師による診断書の提出をお願いする場合もございます。

*二日酔いの方、当日アルコールを飲酒した方は参加をお断りさせていただいております。

*衣服の下に水着を着用した状態で、着替えやすい服装でお越し下さい。水着の上に短パンやスカート、Tシャツの着用を希望する方がいらっしゃいますが、ウエットスーツがかなり窮屈に感じたり、ゴワゴワして不快に感じることが多いため、あまりオススメいたしません。
