*二日酔いの方、当日アルコールを飲酒した方は参加をお断りさせていただいております。

*衣服の下に水着を着用した状態で、着替えやすい服装でお越し下さい。水着の上に短パンやスカート、Tシャツの着用を希望する方がいらっしゃいますが、ウエットスーツがかなり窮屈に感じたり、ゴワゴワして不快に感じることが多いため、あまりオススメいたしません。
