Cancellation Policy

If a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged. Please note that bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

10 to 8 days prior to the day before the date of use: 20% of the total amount
7 days to 2 days prior to the date of use: 30% of the total amount
The day before the date of use: 50% of the price
On the day of use: 100% of the price

*Due to road conditions and other factors on the day of the tour, the time spent at each sightseeing spot and the schedule may be subject to change. Please understand this in advance.
