駐車場の場所と台数

Parking is小規模で、コンクリートの桟橋近くに位置しています。

混雑する時間帯は停めにくいこともあるので、早めの時間帯の訪問がおすすめです。

駐車場から墓までの徒歩ルート

駐車場からコンクリートの桟橋を渡り、左に回り込むようにして進みます。

突き出た岩に頭をぶつけないよう気をつけながら進むと、案内板とともに洞窟が見えてきますよ。

シルミチュー霊場へのアクセス・拝所情報

アマミチューの墓とあわせて訪れたいのが、島の奥にあるシルミチュー霊場です。

シルミチュー霊場とは

シルミチュー霊場は、アマミキヨとシネリキヨが初めて住み、子を宿したとされる洞窟です。

洞窟内には大正初期に建てられた瓦葺きの小祠があり、天帝子・天太子・天孫子と刻まれた石が納められていますよ。

目指すのは駐車場のある「シルミチュー公園".

広々とした未舗装の駐車場に車を停めて、徒歩10分ほどで参道の入り口へ向かうことができます。
