In the event that a reservation is changed or cancelled for the customer's convenience, the following cancellation or change fee will be charged
Please note that you will be responsible for any bank transfer charges for refunds.

10 to 8 days prior to the date of use: 20% of the total price
7 days to 2 days prior to the date of use: 30% of the total price
Day before the date of use: 50% of the total price
On the day of use: 100% of the price

*Due to business hours, if you contact Tours after 6:00 p.m., it will be handled the following day. Please contact the guide in charge directly, or please note that the calculation will be made on or after the next day.
