In case of cancellation by the customer, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged from the day before.

Same-day cancellation: 100%
Cancellation without notice: 100% + No further reservations will be accepted.
*No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances, such as cancellations due to weather or sea conditions, typhoons or other natural disasters, or flight or vessel cancellations.
*If we are unable to accommodate you on the day of the tour due to your medical history, the tour will be cancelled on the day of the tour for your convenience. Please be sure to confirm your medical history and that of your companions in advance.

*If you are late for an appointment due to traffic conditions or sudden problems, please be sure to notify us as soon as you know.
*If you do not contact us and do not show up 15 minutes after your appointment time, we will consider you as an unauthorized cancellation and charge you 1001 TP3T of the reservation amount.Notes on participation in the course
Minors must have a parent or guardian's written consent to participate.
(Please have the registration form signed by a parent or guardian available in advance.)
Children (junior high school students and younger) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Pregnant women, epileptics, and those who have been drinking or have a hangover on the day of the event are not permitted to attend.
Patients with a history of cerebrovascular disease (cerebral infarction, subarachnoid hemorrhage, intracerebral hemorrhage, etc.), cardiac disease (myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, etc.), or mental illness will require a medical certificate in advance.

Q. I would like to know when you finish.
The time from meeting to dismissal is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. The time added to the meeting time is the approximate time of dismissal. (The time when the tour finishes after taking a shower and changing clothes is the time of disbanding.)
Q. Will the event be held on rainy days?This tour is rain or shine, except in case of heavy rain. Sunset and starry skies may not be what you expect, but there are many other things to enjoy.
Q. What sizes of wetsuits are available?Wetsuit sizes are based on height and weight, ranging from a minimum of 110 cm and 15 kg to a maximum of about 185 cm and 120 kg.
Q. I'm not a confident swimmer.This is a safe tour that you can participate in without any problems. The tour starts in shallow water where you can stand on your feet, and life jackets and floats are provided.
Q. Do you have a parking lot?Yes, I do. Yes, we do. There is free parking for about 15 cars in front of and behind the store. Please do not worry.
Q. Can I leave valuables with you?Free lockers are available in the store.
