Cancellation Policy
In the event that a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged
Up to 7 days prior to departure: free of charge
6 days prior to departure - 1 day prior to departure: 30% of the base rate
Departure date (day of departure): 50% of basic fee
After the reserved time: 100% of the basic fee*If you do not contact us within one hour of the scheduled departure time without informing us, your reservation will be cancelled and we may not be able to provide you with a reserved car.
Insurance and Compensation Programs
◆Basic rates include insurance with no deductible ("co-pay") in the event of an accident.
Bodily injury: Unlimited (damages for injury or death of the other party)
Compensation for property damage: Unlimited (damages to the other party's vehicle and property)
Personal injury: unlimited (compensation for death or injury of passengers)◆The basic fee does not include vehicle coverage.
◆Additional insurance coverage is available for non-operation charge (NOC) and vehicle rental coverage.

Optional NOC compensation
Non-operation charge (NOC) is a compensation for absence from work to be paid when the vehicle needs to be repaired or cleaned due to the following reasons.
- Accidents not caused by our company's responsibility
- theft
- failure
- stain
- Damage to interior equipment
- Smoking (including electronic cigarettes)
- Scorch marks on sheets, etc.
The amount of compensation is determined as follows, regardless of the extent of damage or the time required for repair.
If the vehicle is self-propelled and returned to the sales office: 20,000 yen
If the vehicle cannot be returned to the sales office because it is not self-propelled: 50,000 yen
Cases in which insurance does not apply
*Examples of where the NOC compensation system is not applicable
- In the event of prohibited acts as stipulated in the Rental Agreement
- Intentional accidents
- When defacement (e.g. smoking in a non-smoking car) is recognized, etc.
*Examples of insurance/compensation plans that do not apply
- Failure to report the accident to the police (without proof of accident)
- If the prescribed procedures, such as contacting the police and our company at the scene of the accident, have not been taken
- Accidents caused by a person other than the contractor or driver named in the contract
- Accidents caused by unlicensed drivers
- Accidents caused by drunk driving
- Accidents involving unauthorized overdue use of the leased period
- In the event of any violation of the terms and conditions of rental agreement, insurance policy, or other detailed regulations (when applicable to reasons for exemption from liability), etc.

Q. What is the difference between the two?Do you have child seats?For passenger cars, child seats are available as an option. However, please note that the number of seats is limited and all must be reserved in advance.
Please install the child seat by yourself. Even if a staff member has installed a child seat, please check the safety of the child seat by yourself before using it.
*Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur as a result of malfunctions in the installation of the product.
