ビーチダイビングとは、陸から歩いて海に入るダイビング方法です。

水深の浅いところから足、膝、腰と、徐々に水に慣れるので、ダイビングが初めての方でもエントリーしやすいのが嬉しい特徴です。

ダイビング

まずは浅いところでダイビングの基本練習をしっかり行い、自信をつけてから少しずつ深いところまで自力で進んで海中へ向かいます！

急に水深が深くなることがないので、耳抜きも無理なく行うことができ、船酔いの心配もいりません。
