The reason for the popularity of the Experience Kingdom Murasakimura is that it offers a wide variety of unique Okinawan experiences.
Visitors can experience Yachimun ceramics, a representative of Yomitan, glass blowing, masked Shisa, Ryukyu indigo dyeing, and kankara sanshin (Okinawan traditional three-stringed instrument) making.

Cape Zanami

On the cape is the 31-meter-high Cape Zanbamisaki Lighthouse, the symbol of Cape Zanbamisaki, and the panoramic view from the 360-degree observation deck is truly spectacular.
The cape is also home to a giant shisa, 8.75 meters high and 7.8 meters long. It is a symbol of Cape Zanba along with the Cape Zanba Lighthouse.
It is the largest in Japan and is a very popular installation spot.
Village of Yachimun
Yachimun is a traditional Okinawan craft.
There are more than 60 yachimun production studios in Yomitan Village alone, and 19 of them are clustered together in Yachimun-no-sato.
In addition to the cobalt blue that represents the ocean, which is the symbol of Okinawa, there are greens that remind one of tropical plants and the contrasting colors of brown. The vivid use of color continues to fascinate viewers.
Be sure to find your own gem at Yachimun-no-sato and buy it as a souvenir to take home!

Sango Field is one of the largest coral farms in Japan.
Visitors can appreciate a variety of corals while on land.
You can also experience making coral seedlings. This plan is recommended for families as they can learn through experience.
Ruins of Zakimi Castle
The ruins of Zakimi Castle are registered as a World Cultural Heritage site.
It is a hilly area about 120 meters above sea level, and is a scenic spot from which one can view almost the entire area of Yomitan Village. The ruins of the castle, a World Heritage site, are free to explore.
Travel in comfort by car!
Early reservations for car rentals are essential.
It takes about one hour from Naha Airport to Yomitan Village by car.
Limousine buses are available, but a rental car is recommended for a comfortable tour of the Experience Kingdom Murasakimura, Yamuchin no Sato, Cape Zanba, and other locations!
*Because reservations fill up quickly during peak season, we recommend making reservations as early as possible!
